Online research, contact government agencies for land use constraints regulating zoning, setbacks, land use restrictions, assemble, review & summarize information and copies received from city or third party
$60 per hour
$45 per hour
Will be billed at cost
Including but not limited to the following list: mailing and printing costs, photocopying, miscellaneous items specific to a project, fees for postage, shipping (Fed-Ex UPS, courier services), specialty items (occasion cards, gifts, flowers), out-sourcing (decals, magnets, signage), and miscellaneous other items purchased to complete your project, are reimbursable at cost.
All invoices will be billed monthly on net 30 terms
Weekly invoicing available by request
One hour minimum required
Returned Checks will incur a $25 fee
Retainer Discounts
10 hours monthly = 5%
20 hours monthly = 10%
30+ hours monthly = 20%
